Tabata This

We did Tabata This about a week ago. This was everyone’s first time doing a work out like this. Here is the story of how this workout protocol came into being. Everyone did a great job. You all can plan on seeing Tabata intervals at least once a month. There is nothing quite like a steering round of Tabata to end a strength day workout.

We are going to be starting a second On-Ramp class on September 20th. We are going to do our best to make the class times best for our new athletes. If you know of anyone who may be interested you can send them our way. The more athletes we get training at our gym the better we will all become.

We are also going to start signing up for classes as well. This will allow us to better plan for each day. You will all be asked to sign up for classes on a google document at least 10hrs before a scheduled class. To sign up all you have to do is write your name in a class time and save the document. Feel free to sign up for which ever class works best for you. Athletes who have completed the On-Ramp class can only currently sign up for 6 and 7 am because the new class times are for new athletes. Class sizes are limited to 5 at this time otherwise we will not have the necessary equipment for each athlete. Please also keep in mind the other athletes who have been training at a specific time when trying to change to a new class time. You can sign up for classes up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class and sign ups will be done on a first come first served basis. This will be beneficial for us all as we continue to get new athletes into the gym. If you have any questions let me know.
