Wall Balls in Waning Twilight and many more

We have been pretty busy running classes at the gym lately. We have an On Ramp class getting ready to finish up here shortly. On Monday they had the privilege of doing a Wall Ball, push up, ring row WOD.  I have tweaked our On Ramp class to be a bit shorter, more challenging and more informative. I think it is a great change. I look forward to many more On Ramp classes shortly.

We will be starting our next On Ramp class on the 1st of next month. On Ramp classes will be at 6pm on varying days of the week. If you are interested in the next On Ramp or know someone who is drop me a line and we can talk about scheduling a time to come by and see the gym. We only need 3 people to start the next On Ramp class.

Like I said early, we are pretty busy. The On-Ramp class has learned wall balls, the snatch, push jerks, and sumo deadlift high pulls in the last 3 classes. They are almost ready to join the regular classes.

Our regular classes have been pushing hard and I am seeing lots of improvement and impressive performances. Some have done Fight Gone Bad for the first time, a killer Triplet of Snatches, Pullups and Push Presses and many other workouts.
