Tomorrw do 4 rnds of 15 Hang Power Snatches 75/50 and 15 Burpees. Find a good faster pace and stick with it. Aaron do only 3 rnds. Make sure you are driving through your heels on to start the hang power snatch and keep your arms straight as long as possible before you drop under the bar. Also, apparently one of the neighbors has said we drop weights too loudly at 630 in the morning. Do your best to not drop them from overhead. Thanks and Enjoy.
