8-7-12 WOD

For the rest of the month we are going to follow www.crossfit.com. As you all have seen I will be unable to hang out with guys as I am camping and travelling to Bend. As a result I would ask that you only pay me half of what you normally pay me. I would think September will be a more normal month, but we will see. Do your best to follow them as Rx. I will continue to update the blog with words of wisdom or sarcasm on how to best accomplish these WODs and appropriate scaling as necessary.

Tomorrow do:

Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Tori work on those banded pullups in the WOD, make sure your chest hits the ground for each pushup, shoot for 16+ situps and squats per round. Remember it is only 20sec.
