The Seven

Tomorrrow do “The Seven” WOD. It is named after 7 CIA operatives that were killed in Afghanistan. Grace and Tori did a scaled version this morning.

The Seven

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

Split the gym in half from the stairs to the garage door. Ben gets the side without the GHD. Use one barbell, put your thruster weight on and clips then add the necessary plates without extra clips on the bar for the DL. Make sense? Other than that you can figure the rest out.

Ben use an abmat for the HSPU, 115 for thrusters maybe 225 for the DL or a weight that you can get 7 done, otherwise you should be able to do it Rx.

Aaron do hand release pushups, 53lb Thrusters and 135lb DL or a weight that you can get 7 unbroken done, V-ups for KTE, 35lb KBS, and which ever pullups.

This will take close to 40 min if you do it right. Get ready for a slog. Break it into small chunks in your brain to be successful.
