tommorow do 21-15-9 of Deadlift and Overhead Squats. Rx is 225 for DL and 135 for OHS. Ben do 185 for DL and 95 for OHS or go up to 205/ 115. Aaron do 135 DL and 45 OHS. You will have to break up the sets to get this done. Otherwise you should have added more weight. Set up the barbell with the lighter weight then add the necessary weight to get to the DL weight. Then strip off the extra weight for the OHS and Enjoy.
