Tomorrow or Saturday, which ever day you plan on coming in on. Do 3×5 DL or Deadlifts. Then do the following for time 30 DL at 70% of your final five rep, 40 Box Jumps 24/20, 50 jumping pullups (you should have a fair amount of bend in your elbow standing on the box while holding the pullup bar. Jump and pull at the same time, swing or no it up to you), 60 v ups. Enjoy your weekend.
