Fun with Wall Balls

Tomorrow and Tuesday no coach. We are squating again this Monday 3×5 Back Squat. Then 20 Front Squats. Make sure you are doing sets unbroken. If not, lower the weight so that you can. Remember to push those knees out to start each squat and keep the weight on the outside of your feet. For the Met Con do 400m run, 40-30-20-10 Wall Balls, Abmat situps, 400m Run. Enjoy.
