Tommorow do Fight Gone Bad. 3 Rounds of 1 minute each of wall balls 20/24 lbs, Sumo deadlift high pulls 75/55lb (keep those elbows high on the pull, keep your chest up and bend those hips), box jumps 20″ (keep them fast, break on top of the box), Push Press 75/55 lbs (Keep them fast and drive with those hips), Row for calories. Ben do it as rx. Aaron do it as rx too. Tori do it with 45 or 55, Grace 15 or 20. One of you should start at the box jumps and the other can start at the wall balls. Enjoy.
