Bench Mark

We have been doing a whole bunch of bench mark workouts over the last 2 weeks. This is so you have an idea of where you are at now. We will beginning a new cycle of strength movements later this week. We will do these movements, Back Squat, Power Clean, and Bench Press for 2 months like the previous 3 movements. The hope is that you will get much stronger over the coarse of the 2 months at these three movements. You should hopfully also see improvements in many of the bench mark workouts that we have done over the last week.

Tomorrow do Helen. 3 rounds for time of 400m Run, 21 Kettle Bell Swings (KBS), 12 Pullups. Tori use a 35lb KB and red band, also go for the longest possible set of pullups. Don’t come off too early. Grace use a 28lb KB and stay on the bar as long as possible too. Brett use a 44lb KB, and kipp those pullups. Really work to use those hips to get your body moving up fast. Here is a quick reminder about the kipping pullup. Everyone work hard to run fast. Think 90%.
