Putting off the next Beginning

So, we are going to start our new cycle of strength starting next week. In the mean time, you all missed a great 12 days of CrossFit workout Christmas day. We will try to do a large group workout more often. I am thinking maybe once a month. Would that work for people? It would probably be on a Saturday or Sunday. Straw poll: post if you are in or out on the comments.

Tomorrow do AMRAP 20 min 5 chest to bar pullups, 10 Wall Balls 20/14, 15 KB swings 53/35. Scale the pullups as necessary otherwise you all should do it as Rx. Here is a video of it from CrossFit.com Post total rounds to comments too while you are at it. Enjoy

    I think it’d be great to have a group workout, maybe once a month or so. It seems like Saturday mornings could be an easy day.
