Keeping it short today.

Tomorrow do 3×5 Bench Press. If you were able to do your final set successfully last week add some weight but not too much. Then do 3 rnds of 50 Kettlebell Swings Ben 53, Aaron 44, 25 HR Pushups. Enjoy that tricep and chest burn afterwards.

And on the lighter side a video for your enjoyment. I found it to be quite funny.
