Tomorrow do 3×5 Back Squats. Again if you were able to finish your last 5 from last week add weight. Then do 3 rounds of 200m Run (to Proctor and back), 25 Pullups (chin well above the bar think adam’s apple to the bar), 200m Run, 25 Jumping squats with barbell on your back (make sure you are getting your hips below your knees and getting some air under your feet.

    Holy Hell. Am I doing the lacrosse ball right if I feel sick to my stomach after a few minutes!? After the nausea went away the muscles felt much looser.
