Tomorrow do 3×5 Bench Press. Add weight if you were successful last week. Then do 5min of as many one arm dumbbell snatches (no split landing). switch hands as much as you would like. I would suggest doing sets of ten on each arm. Then run 400m then do 3 min of as many one arm dumbbell snatches. Aaron 35, Tori 30, Grace 20, Brett 40, Erik 40. Remember drive through those heels and bend those knees to receive the DB overhead
