Tomorrow do 5×3 Power Cleans. If you were successful last week add some weight. Focus on a fast pull once it gets above your knees and think about jumping with a big shrug. Then scooping your elbows fast under the bar and catching the bar with bent knees. Then do Cindy AMRAP 20 of 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Air squats. Pullups, make it so you can do 5 each time using whatever band or style. The pushups are going to be the movement that slows you down. Just do your best to get through them, but make sure your chest touches the ground and your elbows are fully extended. As you get tired you might consider changing hand positions wider than normal. Really push the speed on the air squats enjoy the burn in the quads. Still focus on reach your but back and then down and driving through the heels while keeping your knees out. All the guys should use a ball to gauge their height. Enjoy.
