Tomorrow do 3×5 Back Squats. If you were successful last week add some more weight. Make sure you are giong to depth by using a med ball. Then do Isabel 30 Snatches for Time. I would suggest everyone does power snatches like the woman in the video. Please make sure that you full extend your hips unlike the woman doing the snatches. Otherwise they looked pretty good. Ben do 115, Aaron 75, Grace small bar, Tori 53, Brett 95, Erik 75 or 85. The weight should be hard enough that you can only do sets of 5 at the most. Try to do 6 sets of 5. Enjoy.
