NO Bench

No Bench this week.  Instead do in teams of 2 50 Back Squats 135/95, 40 Pullups, 30 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95, 50 Front Squats 85/65, 40 Pullups, 30 Shoulder to Overhead 85/53, 50 Overhead Squats 65/45, 40 Pullups, 30 Shoulder to Overhead. Only one team mate lifts or moves at the same time. The other person rests. You will have to set up two seperate bars for each athelete most likely. Tori just do half the reps and try to keep your breaks to no more than 15 sec. I would suggest trying to set a goal of doing one or 2 sets per each movement, ie do a set of 15 Back Squats, rest while your partner does theirs then do 10 more. I did Push Jerks on  the heaviest weight then push presses on the rest. Scale the weight as needed, but here are some suggestions Ben Rx, Aaron 105 or 115, 65 or 75, 55 or 45, Tori 85, 55, 33, Brett Rx, Erik 115, 75, 55. Enjoy. Write your times and weights on the board.
