Tomorrow do 3×5 Back Squats. If you were successful add more weight. Then row a  2k. Ben quickly help Aaron with his form. Have fun and push hard the last 400 or so meters. Ben go for the gusto. Aaron pick a pace around 1:55 and hold on. Aaron the 2k is a very painful distance. You should just roll off at the end of the row.  5 min after the row do a max effort unbroken KB swing Ben 53 Aaron 53.

    Did the row in the evening after running out of time in the morning. Legs were shot after lifting. Completed in 7:50….but the time stopped when I stopped rowing. Needed two breaks at 1k and 1.5k. So i sucked it.
