Tomorrow do 3×5 back squats. Add weight if you were successful. Remember we have changed the way we back squat to make it more applicable to all that we do in the gym. Then do a 400m Run then 5 rounds of 5 Power Cleans at 50% your 1RM max or 40% your 3RM, 10 Hand Release Push Ups, 15 Air Squats, then another 400m Run the 5 rounds of 5 Power Cleans, 10 HR Pushups (get good elbow extension on each rep), 15 Air Squats (use the same technique as with the back squats, fight to get through all 15 fast and unbroken) then one more 400m Run. Give yourself a 25 min cap or finish it is up to you.
