Push Jerks

Tomorow do 3×5 Bench Press. Add more weight if you were successful last week. Then do 12 minute AMRAP of 8 Push Jerks (Make sure on your dip you are driving your knees out and forward not just forward. Your but should track toward your heels, not forward. Also make sure to have a good bend in your knees when you “catch” the bar over head. Ben 135, Aaron 115, Brett 135, Erik 135), 10 Toes to Bar, 40 Double Unders. Sub 3x single for double unders.
