Beware the Ides of March

Tomorrow find a 1 RM front squat. Keep your torso upright and make sure you go deep and fight those knees out on the way up like we have been practicing with all of our squatting movements. Then do 30 DU sub 2 min of working on DU, 3 Power Cleans (suggested weights are on the board, Erik maybe only do 115, but you can decide), 20 Wall ball 20/14, 6 Power Cleans, 10 T2B, 9 Power Cleans, 10 T2b, 6 Power Cleans, 20 Wall Balls, 3 Power Cleans, 30 DU or 2 min of DU work. Enjoy. Write your times on the board. If you don’t know these movements you can look them up online as well. Take a moment and go down the rabbit hole that is CrossFit.
