Tomorrow take 20 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep snatch. Don’t get too crazy unless you feel comfortable. The idea is that you should feel much more comfortable over just a few weeks ago. And yes, these are full squat snatches. They should be as fluid as possible. Then do AMRAP 20min of 10 Ring Dips, 15 Overhead Squats 95/65, 20 Pullups, 30 Double Unders. Sub as necessary. Please only work on DU for a minute or so.
