Find a 1 RM Clean and Jerk. Again this should be a full squat clean and a split jerk. Take 20 min. Don’t get too crazy and try to really focus on good form. Then do 3 rounds of:

20 KB Goblet Squats 53/35 hold 1 KB by the handle with two hands
7 Pull-ups
20 KB Snatches (partition in any way) 53/35 Sub KB swings

Run 800m just 1

3 rounds of:

15 KB Goblet Squats 53/35 Hold KB by the handle with 2 hands.
5 Pull-ups
15 KB Snatches (partition in any way) 53/35 Sub KB swings
