Back Squats the Normal Way

Tomorrow do the following work. Write times on the board and enjoy.

HBBS: 3X3 @ 85%, 1X2 @ 90%, 2X2 @ 95% – rest as needed

-then-

4 Rnds for Time

21 KB swings 70/53/44/35

7 Front Squats (70% 1RM, don’t use a rack. Clean the weight up)

21 Lateral Jumps (over barbell)

7 Toes to Bar (there seems to be a lot of these lately. It is almost summer after all ;))
