A Cause to Rejoice

It has been a long time coming, but I have finally installed a new toilet in the basement for all of you who get nervous urges prior to one of our heinous workouts. The toilet is self explanatory, so use it well and often if need be. If you need to say goodbye to the old toilet it is by the other gate to front yard.

The workout tomorrow is as follows.

7×1 2 Position Clean (floor – hang just below hips) + 1 Push Jerk – heaviest possible, rest 60-90 sec.


8 minute AMRAP of:

7 Strict Pullups
15 Pushups (hand release)
30 Ab-Mat Situps
