Keeping it Simple

Since I have been at the gym recently, let’s make a small adjustment. Let’s do our best to keep the warm up right at 10 minutes. We are just taking too long to get it done. Maybe it is me distracting you with my wonderful gift of gab. If you have to trim it down then do so.

7×1 3 Position Snatch (low to high or ground, just above the knee, at hip with slight dip) – heavy but perfect, rest 60 sec.

Spend 10 Minutes working on holding a handstand. Climb the wall like you did last week, but hold the position for as long as you can.

AMRAP 12 min

15 Hang Power Cleans 115/105/55/33

15 Burpees
