I am sad to say that one of our own was injured while at the gym this morning. Tori, rest up and heal and we look forward to seeing you again in the gym. Let this serve as a reminder to be careful while working out. Do your best to avoid letting any of the equipment hit you in a less than ideal way. I too have been allowing this to occur. I keep catching a clean and falling over backwards without pushing the weight away, and end up jamming my wrists. Tomorrow do the following.

12 minutes to establish a 1rm Snatch. Do your best to get a new PR, but don’t get too crazy if your form is feeling off.


15 minutes to establish a 1rm Deadlift. Push the weight on this one.



21-15-9 of:

Deadlifts 225/155#
HSPU sub Handstand Pushup with 2 abmats or dive bomber pushups

For time.

    Do you want me to use 3 or 4 abmats to control depth…? Other recommendation?
