I stubbled upon this website the other day about being a minimalist. It mainly reminded me of some things that I already knew, but it was good to see someone else’s perspective. See what you think.

The workout is

7X1 Hang Snatch – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec. Do a deadlift with snatch grip then lower the bar to just above the knee and do a squat snatch.

-then-

4 rounds for total working time of:

15 Hang Power Snatches 75/55# Similar idea but you won’t have to do the deadlift if your string them together and no squat.
10 Strict Ring Pull-ups (rings touch chest at finish of pull) Make these jumping if you can’t quite get your chest to the rings.
15 Burpees

*Rest 1:00 after each round.
