I have been experimenting with food lately. I have started to do this so called “Power Coffee.” It is supposed to be a tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, but I use whipping cream. You drink this in the morning to encourage your body to burn fat and put off eating breakfast for a bit. I usually eat by 1030 at the latest but if I am up early I will eat by 730. I actually kind of like it, but don’t know if it is making any difference.

Tomorrow do

7X1 Hang Clean & Jerk  Deadlift then back down to the knee and squat clean. Use a split jerk for the jerk,  – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.

Run 400m 14 Ring Dips 7 Power Clean & Jerks 155/135/44#
