Tomorrow do the following

5X5 Tempo HBBS @ 70% – rest 60 sec. Make sure that you work up to 70% and then do 5 sets. Hold a 3 count in the bottom of the squat and then bounce up. Tori you can work on mobility or try to add some weight.

For time:

Run 800m Tori Row 1000m

3 rounds of-

12 Ring Dips
8 Strict Pull-ups use bands as necessary but try to only get a set of 3 or 4 as your guide same as above.

Run 800m
