I found this article the other day and really enjoyed it. I think it has actually help me push myself just a little bit harder each workout. See what you think.

Tomorrow or the next day do the following

7X1 Clean and Split Jerk up to 80% – rest as needed, no higher than 80% Tori do Front Squats

-then-

3 rounds for time of:

Run 800m

25 Burpees

Tori do 1000m Row and 20 HR pushups 20 Situps
