5X1 3 Position Squat Clean (Hi-Hang (mid thigh), Hang (above knee), Floor) + 1 Split Jerk – heaviest possible, rest 60-90 seconds

Then

Amrap 20

30 Double Unders

10 Burpees

8 Pullups

5 Ring Dips
