A. Warm up
Four rounds of: Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps 53/44/24/18
Rest 45 seconds
Dumbbell Push Press x 12 reps 40/35/25/20
Rest 45 seconds
Lateral Lunge x 6 reps each leg (just like it sounds)
Rest 45 seconds Partnered
V-ups x 15 reps
Rest 45 seconds
B. 4 RFT of: Burpees x 10 reps
200 Meter Run Rest (keep the run fast)
