Tomorrow or the next day do the following

A.
Five sets of:
Back Squat x 4 reps 80% 1RM
Rest 2-3 minutes

B.
Four rounds for time of:
Walking Lunge x 20 steps
(55/35 lb Dumbbells or Kettlebells)
Toes to Bar x 15 reps
