As you all have noticed I have been busy vacationing or working. This week I will be at work for the next 3 days. I hope everyone is doing well. I will be at the gym Thursday evening and Friday morning though. I look forward to seeing and checking in with you all.

Tomorrow or the next day do the following

Four sets of:
Alternating Reverse Lunge x 8 reps each leg (135/115/75/55 just a guess so see what you think)
(perform these with a barbell in the front rack position on front of shoulders)
Rest 60 seconds
(Weighted if you can) Strict Pull-Ups x 8-10 reps
Rest 60 seconds

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
10 Thrusters (95/75/45/33 lbs)
5 Burpees

Please write down your weights and times on the board and enjoy
