Hopefully everyone enjoyed the two new movements. I am interested to hear what you all thought of them.

Tomorrow do the following

A. Four sets of:

Shoulder Press x 3 reps all four sets should be very hard

Rest 2 minutes

Weighted Pull-Up x 3 reps if you can’t add weight do as many strict pullups as possible or 6 negatives lowering yourself as slow as possible.

Rest 2 minutes

B. “Annie” Rounds of 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps of: Double-Unders and Sit-Ups do 3x as many singles if you don’t have DU.
