Happy one year anniversary to you Aaron! I was actually happy to see that you guys decided to do a different workout. I was happy to see a massive improvement on the workout from one year ago. I hope you are happy as well. This reminded me that I need to program in more “bench mark” workouts so that we can see how we are doing. I am thinking maybe once a month.

Tomorrow do the following.

Workout of the Day

A. Take 12-15 minutes and build to today’s 1RM Squat Snatch do the burgner warmup. Then start adding some weight to the bar

B. Using ~75% of what you worked up to in part A, complete for time rounds of 12, 9 and 6 reps of: Squat Snatch and Dive Bomber pushups.
