A. Three sets of: Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20 steps heavy

Rest 90 seconds

Single Arm Dumbbell or Kettlebell Row x 10-12 reps each arm heavy

Rest 90 seconds

B. For time:

Wall Ball Shots x 50 reps 20/14

Box Jumps x 40 reps 24″

Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead x 30 reps 35/30/25

Toes to Bar x 20 reps

800 Meter Run
