Tomorrow or the next day do the following.

Workout of the Day
A.
Four sets of:
Hang Squat Snatch x 2.2 (Bring the barbell all the way up your hip crease then back down to mid thigh then squat snatch. Keep your technique clean and really focus on being smooth under the bar
(rest 10 seconds between doubles)
Rest 2-3 minutes

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
105/95/65/55 lb Thrusters x 3 reps
Pull-Ups x 6 reps
30″/24″ Box Jumps x 9 reps
