Today was a good day. Ben and Aaron did a great job on the 2 pieces to the workout today. Aaron PRed his Clean and Jerk by 26lbs. Ben I believed matched his previous PR. We also welcomed two new members to the gym today as well. Doug S. and Jesse M. started their On-Ramp class today and did awesome. They have both made large changes in their lives recently and are now hoping to continue that trend. If you see a new face say hi.

The workout for tomorrow is as follows.

Take 15-20 minutes to find today’s 1-RM Clean & Jerk

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of: Use timer 3 I think.
Ground to Overhead x 4 reps 60%+ of today 1RM. Think power clean and push jerk. Start your push jerk from the catch of the power clean to increase efficiency.
Pull-Ups x 8 reps
