I hope you all enjoyed the running, pushups and squats. As mentioned earlier we are going to be doing more of the “classic” CrossFit workouts, so here it goes.

A. Take 20 minutes and find a 1RM Deadlift (or 1 rep max or the absolute heaviest you can pick up the barbell from the ground safely and efficiently)

B. Baseline

500m Row

40 Squats

30 Situps

20 Pushups

10 Pullups

sub as necessary, but make sure you are challenging yourself. Tori I would tell you to not use the band.
