No coach again tomorrow. Actually I think it should be just Doug and Kevin at the 7am class. Doug, make sure Kevin does a good job. Also, it will be a more basic workout for the newer athletes at our gym. So here it is.

A. 4 rounds of 400m Run

Rest as long as it takes you to run the 400m

B. Annie 50-40-30-20-10 of each of the following

Double Unders or 3x the above number if you are doing single unders. Yes, that is 150 single unders the first round

Abmat situps.  Doug and Kevin those are those mats by the med balls. Make sure the curve of the Abmat type on the mat points to your bottom. Make sure your shoulder blades touch the ground at the beginning of each rep and that you finish the rep by touching your shoe laces. Pretty simple really.
