October 2 and 3

Tomorrow do the following

50 Jumping Pullups, find a box that makes it so your elbows are at a 90 degrees while standing, jump up and pull, these should be done very quickly
40 Med Ball Cleans 20/14
30 Ring Dips, make these hard on yourself, sets of 10, 5, 5, 4, 3, 3 would be perfect.
20 Toes to Bar,
10 Power Clean and Jerk 155/65 These should be heavy, like only able to do 3 at a time. Do a power clean then a should to overhead. I would suggest a push jerk. Dip, Drive Dip Stand.
