A. 5×3 Front Squat Make sure all 5 sets are challenging to finish the 3rd and final rep

B. 8 rounds for reps. 1 min of each of the following

Russian Kettlebell Swings (only shoulder height) 53/36/24/

Ring Pushups, rings almost to the floor, make sure you maintain a good plank, ie a straight line from your shoulders to your heels.

Rest 1 min

Try to keep the intensity up because you have a built in rest time.
