First and foremost please do not mess around with the new pullup/ squat stand in the gym. It is not fully installed, so please stay off. You will get time to play on it later, especially all you slightly shorter athletes. The taller ones will have to stick with the pullup bars we already have.

Tomorrow do the following

3 sets of

20 DB Walking Lunges Tori 20, Grace 15, Shannon 15

Rest 60 sec

Max Ring Rows with feet out and rings low and aim for no more than 10

Rest 60 sec


6 sets of

Max reps DB Thruster use the same DB from earlier

Rest 30 sec

Max reps Box Jumps

Rest 30 sec

Really try to push hard all 30 sec, aim for no less than 10 of each movement per 30 sec set
