A. 5 set of 3 Front Squats focus on form and try to push the weight if you can as well.

Rest 2min between sets

B. 7 Rounds for time

20 Box jumps 24/20/16

15 Goblet squats 53/35/24

10 Ring Rows make sure you make these hard enough. You should only be doing the first 3-4 sets unbroken otherwise they were too easy. Lower the rings move your feet out or raise your feet if you have to.
