Tomorrow do the following

A. 5 sets of 3 Front Squats. Do a 3 count negative and squat back up. Try to keep the weight challenging.

Rest approx 60 sec

B. 21-15-9-15-21
Wall Balls 20/14/10
Toes to Bar or Hanging knee raises if you can’t do TTB.
