Today and Tomorrow do the following

A. 5×3 Deadlift with a 3 second negative (from having stood all the way up back down to the ground. Try to keep the weight in contact with your legs the entire negative. Think about squeezing your up back (Lats))

B. Barabara
5 Rounds
20 Pullups do ring rows if you can’t do 5 assisted pull-ups
30 Pushups
40 Abmat Situps
50 Air Squats try to get all 50 in a row. Focus on keeping your chest up. Squat to a ball Ben, Grace, Shannon.
