Be advised there the concrete is breaking under the stall mats just a few feet after you walk down the stairs. There is a small indentation in the mat. You should try to avoid that area as you work out. I will do a temporary fix tomorrow so the indentation is gone.

The workout

A. 5 sets Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean, Deadlift the barbell, then back down to just above your knees, hang squat clean, then full squat clean. You shouldn’t need to drop the barbell after the hang squat clean.

B. 5 Rounds for time

20 Box Jumps 30/24

15 Dumbbell Pushpress 40/30/20

400m Run
