50 Kettle Bell swings 35/24/18

50 Walking Lunges

50 Knees to Elbows or V ups

50 Push Press 45/33/15

50 Good Mornings 45/33/15

50 Wall Ball shots 20/14

50 Burpees

50 Double Unders or 3x Singles

If you only want to do 35 reps that works too

Have fun and enjoy your Thanksgiving

B. Eat as much as possible
